Agatha Akapame is a founding member and the Secretary of Greening Northern Ghana. Until May 2022 she was the Deputy Women’s Coordinator for GNG. Agatha worked as a teacher in the Ghanaian school system and later joined Peace Corps, Ghana as a Language Facilitator, eventually becoming the Language and Cross Culture Coordinator responsible for training and supervising Language Facilitators who train American Volunteers in the various languages and cultures of the different Ghanaian Communities. She resigned from Peace Corps in 2019 and is currently self-employed.
